The Service is provided by APPCENTURY LIMITED ("APPCENTURY," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
LearnFolio helps beginner investors learn investing concepts and practice in a simulated environment. The Service may include educational content, financial-literacy tools, simulated trading, AI-assisted explanations, and related features. It is provided for educational and practice purposes only.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use or purchase the Service. If you are under the applicable age of legal capacity, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The Service does not involve real-money trading and does not provide personalized investment advice.
LearnFolio provides educational content, simulated practice, and general financial-literacy information. It does not provide personalized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, cryptocurrency, ETF, or other asset.
Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Crypto assets can be especially volatile and may be subject to additional legal, regulatory, liquidity, and operational risks. You should consult a qualified professional before making real-world financial decisions.
LearnFolio simulated trading is for learning and practice only. It does not execute real-money trades or create an investment account, brokerage relationship, or advisory relationship.
Virtual balances, simulated rewards, simulated holdings, and simulated returns have no real monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash, and are not legal tender or stored value.
Simulated performance does not predict or guarantee real-world investment performance. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or different from executable market prices. Simulated orders may use simplified assumptions and may not reflect real-world spreads, slippage, liquidity, commissions, taxes, order priority, market closures, or execution delays.
We may reset, adjust, suspend, or correct simulated balances, rewards, holdings, or activity records to correct errors, prevent abuse, or operate the Service.
Some educational explanations or outputs may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, bias, or outdated information. They are provided for educational support only and are not reviewed by a licensed financial professional unless expressly stated.
You must independently verify important information before making real-world financial decisions. Do not use the Service to request personalized investment advice, guaranteed returns, market-timing instructions, or definite buy, sell, or hold recommendations.
Do not submit passwords, financial-account credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential third-party information through the Service. We may apply quotas, safety checks, content moderation, logging, and review processes to operate and improve the Service and prevent misuse.
You may create an account using email, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or another supported authentication method. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
Notify us promptly at contact@learnfolioai.com if you suspect unauthorized access or a security issue. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the Service, or must be restricted by law.
LearnFolio may offer free and paid features. The features included in a paid plan, its billing period, price, currency, any introductory offer or free trial, and other material terms will be displayed before you confirm the purchase. Prices may vary by country, platform, offer, and applicable taxes.
Paid subscriptions provide access to the features described at checkout for the applicable subscription period. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods of the same length until canceled.
By starting a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your purchase for the amount and billing frequency shown at checkout, including applicable taxes. If a free trial or introductory offer applies, the subscription will convert to a paid subscription at the disclosed price when the offer ends unless you cancel before the conversion date.
You must review the exact price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms, and included benefits shown at checkout before purchasing. Those transaction-specific terms form part of these Terms. If there is a conflict concerning price or billing frequency, the terms displayed and accepted at checkout control for that transaction.

The payment channel used for a purchase will be identified at checkout or on your receipt. App-store purchases are also governed by the applicable store's payment terms. Web payments are processed by Stripe or the payment processor identified at checkout; we do not directly store full payment-card details. Payment processors may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited or suspended after any applicable grace period. We may correct pricing errors before completing a purchase or, if a charge has already occurred, offer an appropriate correction or refund.
LearnFolio provides digital services only; no physical goods are shipped. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid features are made available to the account used for purchase promptly after successful payment confirmation. Access may be delayed by payment authorization, account verification, app-store processing, technical outages, or security review.
If paid access is not activated within a reasonable time after a successful charge, contact contact@learnfolioai.com with the purchase channel, purchase date, and receipt or order reference. Do not send full card details.
You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not normally end access already paid for; unless applicable law or the relevant platform provides otherwise, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Deleting the app or deleting your LearnFolio account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription or, if offered in the future, a Google Play subscription. You must cancel through the channel where you purchased the subscription. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the next renewal date shown by the applicable payment provider.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, payments for digital subscriptions are non-refundable once the applicable paid subscription period has begun. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not by itself create a refund for the current billing period.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other statutory rights. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
We may change prices or paid-plan features prospectively. We or the applicable payment provider will provide advance notice of subscription price changes where required. A price change will take effect no earlier than your next renewal after the required notice and any required consent. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
You may provide responses, prompts, uploads, profile information, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain your rights in User Content.
You grant APPCENTURY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and support the Service. This license ends when User Content is deleted from our active systems, except where temporary retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and that it does not violate applicable law, third-party rights, or these Terms.

LearnFolio may use third-party market data, technology providers, authentication providers, analytics tools, email vendors, notification services, app stores, payment processors, and other service providers. Market information may be delayed, aggregated, adjusted, incomplete, unavailable, or derived from third-party sources.
Market information may not reflect real-time executable prices and must not be used as the sole basis for real-world trading or investment decisions. Stock and cryptocurrency data may use different exchanges, trading hours, time zones, methodologies, or sources. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
LearnFolio, including its software, design, content, text, graphics, brand elements, features, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to APPCENTURY LIMITED and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for its intended educational purpose.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. By using LearnFolio, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be available wherever these Terms are presented and before a web purchase is completed.
You may delete your account through the Service where supported. Deleting your account permanently erases associated cloud data and cannot be undone, except for information we retain as required or permitted by law.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or, if offered in the future, Google Play. Review Section 10 before deleting your account.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the Service, or if required by law or platform rules. If we permanently discontinue a paid Service before the end of a prepaid period, we will provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnFolio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs. We do not guarantee learning outcomes, investment outcomes, simulated performance, real-world performance, availability of market data, or correctness of AI-assisted outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APPCENTURY LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of LearnFolio.
LearnFolio provides educational content and simulated practice only. We are not responsible for real-world investment decisions or financial losses based on educational content, market data, simulated results, or outputs available through the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify APPCENTURY LIMITED against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising directly from User Content that infringes third-party rights, your intentional misuse of the Service, your material violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from APPCENTURY LIMITED's own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of LearnFolio. We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. The updated Terms will state their effective date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights for a completed purchase unless permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protections available under the laws of your country or region. You may have the right to bring a claim before the courts of your habitual residence where applicable law permits.

If you download LearnFolio through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and APPCENTURY LIMITED, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for LearnFolio, except as required by applicable law. Your use of LearnFolio must comply with the applicable App Store terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by Apple's applicable terms.
If LearnFolio is made available through Google Play in the future and you download or purchase it through Google Play, this section applies to that use or purchase. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and APPCENTURY LIMITED, not Google. Google is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for LearnFolio, except as required by applicable law. Your use of LearnFolio must comply with the applicable Google Play terms. Purchases made through Google Play will be billed, renewed, canceled, and refunded in accordance with the terms disclosed at purchase and Google Play's applicable policies.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any transaction-specific terms presented at checkout, form the entire agreement between you and APPCENTURY LIMITED regarding the Service.
